Return & Exchange Policy
• No cash refunds.
• You can request an exchange by sending us an email at info@hnz.com.pk along with your Order ID.
• Customer will bear courier charges when he/she will dispatch parcel for exchange from courier to us. (No refund will available) 
• For customers who opt for online exchange process, will have to bear courier charges (650 Rs) for exchange.
• Product (s) can also be exchanged within 02 days from the date of purchase.
• In case of an exchange, the customer will have to pay any difference in rates in advance or at the time of delivery.
• Please note that the product must be unused and unaltered with the packaging and label intact along with the purchase receipt.
• Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
• Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
• Exchange or refund of any product(s) will take place, if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect.
• We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect.
• If any product purchased at full price goes on sale it will be exchanged at the marked down price.

  • WHEN WILL IT BE PROCESSED?

  • We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt. (After it has been verified)
  • During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
